Shipping & Production Times

Everything is made to order

We don't keep finished product on a shelf. Every hat, tumbler, mug and patch is engraved, printed or embroidered after you order it, in our shop in Auburndale, Florida.

Production time is 3–5 business days. That is the time it takes us to make your item before it ships. Transit time is on top of that.

If you ask for a proof before production, add roughly one business day. The clock starts when you approve the proof, not when you place the order — so if you are ordering against a deadline, reply quickly or skip the proof.

Proofs

On personalized and custom-logo items you can ask us to email a proof before we make anything. We recommend it on anything with a logo, an unusual spelling, or a hard deadline.

Once you approve a proof, that is what we make. Please read it carefully — spelling, spacing and capitalization included.

Shipping

We ship from Auburndale, Florida to addresses in the United States. Tracking is emailed to you as soon as your order leaves the shop. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is in their hands rather than ours. If tracking stops updating, or a package arrives damaged, email us and we will help you sort it out.

Deadline orders

Working against a wedding, retirement, academy graduation or event date? Email us before you order at blankslatecustomsllc@outlook.com with your date, and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it. We would rather turn down an order than miss your date.

Bulk and business orders

Larger orders — team hats, company logo runs, event handouts — take longer than 3–5 business days and are quoted individually. Email us with quantity, product and decoration method and we will come back with a timeline and a price.
