Who we are

This site is operated by Blank Slate Customs LLC ("we", "us"), Auburndale, Florida. By ordering from us you agree to these terms, our Refund policy and our Shipping policy.

Quotes, proofs and approval

Every order gets a digital proof before anything is produced. You are responsible for checking the proof — spelling, logo, colors, placement, sizes and quantities. Once you approve it, we produce exactly what it shows. Errors in an approved proof are the customer's responsibility; errors we make against an approved proof are ours and we will remake them. Quotes are valid for 30 days. Price changes are not applied retroactively to prior orders.

Artwork you supply

You warrant that you own, or have permission to use, every logo, image, name and design you send us, and you indemnify Blank Slate Customs LLC against any claim arising from it. We may decline artwork that appears to infringe someone's trademark or copyright, or that is unlawful or offensive, at our discretion. Artwork files you supply are kept on file for reorders unless you ask us to delete them.

Artwork fees

There is no art-preparation charge when you supply production-ready artwork. Embroidery digitizing is $40 per logo. Vectorizing $25, logo rebuild $50–75, original design $80 per hour with a one-hour minimum. Setup is $30 per order; screen printing adds $25 per screen. Custom requests may require additional setup time and fees.

Payment

A 50% deposit is due on every order. No goods are ordered and no decoration is scheduled until it clears. The balance is due before shipment or pickup. Deposits are non-refundable once materials are ordered. Purchase orders and Net 30 terms are available for government, schools and organizations with approved credit; past-due balances accrue 1.5% per month.

Production

Timelines are confirmed with your quote and start at proof approval. Larger or more complex projects may take longer. Rush is available on request for a fee. Decorated apparel is produced in batches; we reserve the right to ship up to 3% over or under the ordered quantity on orders of 48 pieces or more and bill for the actual quantity shipped. Tell us if you need an exact count.

Compliance garments

ANSI/ISEA-rated hi-vis blanks are certified by their manufacturer. Decoration can affect a garment's compliance, and Blank Slate Customs LLC does not certify the decorated garment. Confirm your job's requirement with your safety officer before ordering.

Customer-supplied garments

We decorate customer-supplied garments at our discretion. We are not responsible for defects in garments we did not supply, and a garment damaged during decoration is replaced only up to the value of an equivalent blank from our catalog.

Colors and images on this site

We show product colors as accurately as we can, but screens vary. Order a sample if an exact match matters.

Limitation of liability

Our liability on any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including missed events or deadlines caused by carrier delays or late proof approval.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of Polk County, Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting the new version here. Orders are governed by the terms in force when the proof is approved.
