Where we ship from

Every order is decorated and shipped from our shop in Auburndale, Florida. Local pickup is available at no charge — we'll tell you when the order is ready.

Freight

Freight is not included in the prices shown on the site. Shipping is charged at checkout or on your quote. Large or multi-box orders may be quoted separately.

When it ships

Production time starts when you approve your proof and your deposit clears, not when the order is placed. Your ship or pickup date is confirmed with your proof. Rush service is available on request for a fee. Once a package is with the carrier, transit times are the carrier's; we will send tracking and help with any claim, but we cannot control carrier delays.

Shipping damage

Check your order when it arrives and report any damage within 48 hours with photos of the item and the packaging.

Tax-exempt and government orders

If your organization is tax-exempt, send us your Florida certificate before the order is invoiced and we will remove sales tax. Purchase orders and Net 30 are available for government, schools and organizations with approved credit.
